Swick Mining Services are seeking experienced Mechanical Drill Fitters to join our Engineering team at our South Guildford yard, to provide timely builds, repairs and overhauls required on all surface and underground equipment in the workshops and on site in order to ensure maximum quality and efficiencies are obtained. LV & HV mechanics welcomed.

The Role


Duties are (but not limited to) the following:

  • Responsible for building, servicing, maintenance and fault finding on surface and underground equipment

  • Ensure statutory servicing and testing is completed and service literature is recorded and forwarded to the maintenance planner

  • Carry out servicing at surface, underground and Perth workshops

  • Carry out troubleshooting and fault-finding on surface and underground equipment
