Job Title: Mechanical Draftsman (HVAC Design) Location: Qatar Department: MEP / Engineering Experience: Minimum 10 years (Qatar experience mandatory) 1. Purpose of the Role To prepare accurate and detailed HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation) drawings and documentation, ensuring coordination with all disciplines and compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards. 2. Key Responsibilities A. HVAC Drafting & Design Support Prepare detailed HVAC drawings including duct layouts, piping layouts, equipment layouts, and schematics. Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinated MEP drawings. Support engineers in translating design concepts into technical drawings. B. BIM & Coordination Develop and update 3D BIM models (LOD 300/400) using Revit. Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to avoid clashes.
