- Ensure all structural drawings & specifications comply with project requirements..
- Responsible for all technical drawings, 3D modelling, and documentation.
- Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built using BIM/Revit/AutoCAD.
- Coordinate & communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project team members.
- Prepare and submit drawings that comply with the Contract's guidelines.
- Ensure drawings and designs meet the project deadline.
- Space Management.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in M&E / Engineering from recognised institutions
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in the related field.
- Drafting experience in M&E services is a must.
