Join G&W’s Production Engineering team as a Mechanical Design Engineer II! Focus on custom switchgear products while ensuring quality design and innovative problem-solving in a supportive environment.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of three years' mechanical design experience. You will take ownership of project communication and the design cycle for moderately complex projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards. A key part of your success will involve mentoring design team members and providing technical support to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design projects from inception to completion
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IEEE and NEC
