Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking an Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of precision electromechanical systems and medical device components. This role will focus on mechanical design, enclosure development, fixture design, microcontroller-integrated assembly design, and product validation, with strong emphasis on manufacturability, performance, reliability, and aesthetics.


**Responsibilities**

+ Design and develop electro-mechanical device components, fixtures, tooling, and stamped parts to support product development and manufacturing processes
+ Develop device housings, enclosures, shells, and aesthetic mechanical components for microcontroller-integrated systems
+ Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and production teams to ensure DFM / DFA best practices are implemented
+ Perform thermal, CFD, and simulation analysis to evaluate product performance, heat dissipation, airflow, and system efficiency
