Mechanical Design Engineer

Salary: £40k to £45k


Based: Bradford


Are you a talented Mechanical Design Engineer who enjoys turning concepts into fully functioning machinery? We’re looking for an experienced engineer to join a growing team designing cutting-edge food processing equipment from concept through to manufacture.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing bespoke food manufacturing equipment using SolidWorks 3D CAD

  • Developing and testing prototypes to ensure performance, reliability and safety

  • Producing detailed engineering documentation including: 2D Engineering Drawings
    Assembly Drawings
    Bills of Materials (BOMs)
    Customer Procurement Drawings

  • Collaborating with Manufacturing, Fabrication, Operations and Project Management teams
