Job Description
Become a Mechanical Coordinator with Kenaidan, specializing in ICI projects in Simcoe County. Support complex water/wastewater initiatives through effective coordination and technical oversight.
As a vital team member, you will work closely with Project Managers to guide Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications and timely project completion. Your responsibilities will include reviewing progress, managing shop drawings, and leading commissioning efforts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with coordinating subcontractor activities for M&E work
• Review the quality of completed M&E project work
• Prepare and issue bi-weekly project reports to stakeholders
• Maintain M&E project logs, including RFIs and status updates
• Monitor equipment deliveries and material progress on site
Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma; P.Eng or C.E.T preferred
• Minimum 3 years of M&E coordination experience
