Mechanical BIM Modeler

We are seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeler with 2 years experience to develop, coordinate, and deliver accurate mechanical BIM models for major international projects, ensuring compliance with global standards and seamless team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) up to LOD 400-500 in Revit MEP.
• Perform BIM clash detection, issue tracking, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated design solutions.
• Review project documents, raise and monitor RFIs, and ensure model integrity and timely updates.
• Generate accurate quantity take-offs, schedules, and construction shop drawings from BIM models.
• Guide and mentor junior modelers, ensuring quality outputs and adherence to BIM standards.
• Support cloud-based model sharing, issue tracking, and model version management using BIM360 ACC.
