Auto Claims Adjuster – Overview
Join our growing and dynamic Vehicle Protects Solutions team that supports well over 48 million vehicles worldwide across an ever‑evolving automotive industry. As an Auto Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for determining the eligibility of coverage on claims called in by repair shops. You will also have an opportunity to leverage your auto and mechanical knowledge to adjudicate claims based on facts and policy language for multiple product lines, including but not limited to automobiles, recreational vehicles, and powersports. This position requires direct interaction with customers, clients, and automotive facilities, so you will need to have strong organization.
Work schedule requires flexibility to work hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday, and a rotating 12‑8pm shift throughout the week.
This is an on‑site role that offers flexibility to work from home at our facility in Hamilton, ON.
