We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a very important client.
Position Summary:
The (Assembler different work center see below & the chart*) reports directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor An Assembler performs the value-add operations or transform components to an assembled product according to customer requirements The Assembler may perform a variety of tasks in accordance with their training, experience, and skill as assigned by their Lead or Supervisor including:
*Work Centers are Technician (highest paid), SMT (next highest paid), Electro Mechanical (next), and THT (Lowest Paid)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Ξline setup (Technician, SMT, Electro Mechanical,THT)
Ξ Machine operation (Ekra printer, Parmi SPI, ASM surface mount placement, Rehm reflow, Viscom AOXI, Ersa Wave Solder, Ersa Selective Solder, Ersa Solder pot, GE Phoenix x-ray, Takaya Flying Probe, GAS router, etc.)
