Job Description
We have an outstanding Contract position for a Mechanical Assembler to join a leading Company located in the Baldwin Park, CA surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $20 - $23
Shift: 6 AM to 2:30 PM M-F.
Responsibilities
:
Assembles raw material into relatively small or light subassemblies and complete units.
Tests, calibrates, and fits parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
Works from product specifications and instructions to properly assemble the product.
Uses hand tools and small power tools properly.
Uses equipment, machinery, and materials properly.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Hiring Criteria
:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, Parts Manuals, safety rules, operating and maintena...
