Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults in heavy trucks and commercial vehicles. Perform maintenance and repair of diesel engines, gearboxes, clutches, differentials, and drive systems. Diagnose and repair air brake, hydraulic brake, steering, and suspension systems. Carry out preventive and scheduled maintenance according to manufacturer requirements. Repair or replace damaged engine components, belts, hoses, bearings, filters, and seals. Conduct engine overhauling and major mechanical repairs when required. Troubleshoot overheating, oil leakage, abnormal noise, vibration, and performance issues. Inspect and maintain fuel injection, cooling, lubrication, and exhaust systems. Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment to identify mechanical problems. Conduct road tests and final inspections after completing repairs.
