Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
An employee hired to perform a multitude of tasks and duties related to the organization and operation of the transportation departments. The employee reports to the Director of Operations or designate.

40 hours/week
WAGE RATE
$38.02 as per CUPE 4165 Collective Agreement
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- British Columbia Journeyperson Mechanic certification (Red Seal)
- Class 2 Driver’s license with air endorsement or willing to obtain.
- Minimum four years of experience in the mechanical trade or similar supervisory position.
- Commercial Transport Mechanic Certification or willing to obtain.
- Commercial Vehicle Inspection License or willing to obtain.
- Some experience in welding and sheet metal fabrication would be an asset.
- Computer skills would be an asset.
