Mechanic and Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs efficiently. Perform general workshop maintenance, including welding and fabrication work. Maintain workshop stock levels and manage spare parts inventory. Source and collect vehicle and machinery parts when required. Carry out minor maintenance and repairs on packhouse equipment. Assist with the maintenance and repair of irrigation systems and water pumps. Provide basic electrical fault-finding and repair assistance. Ensure all maintenance is completed safely and within agreed deadlines. Maintain accurate service and maintenance records. Keep the workshop clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mechanic or Maintenance Technician. Proven experience servicing and repairing trucks, tractors, farm machinery, and light vehicles.
