As the Meat Manager, you will lead the department in achieving financial targets while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. You will recruit and Mentor a skilled team, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment committed to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all operations and production in the Meat Department
• Meet budget goals for sales and expenses
• Foster and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure all food safety and workplace policies are followed
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high presentation standards
Requirements:
• Retail Meat Cutting Certificate or relevant experience (3-6 years)
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
• Hands-on experience in meat cutting preferred
• Strong food safety knowledge
