As a **Measurement Analyst Associate, Tech III** , you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of custody transfer liquids measurement and inventory data for Phillips 66 assets. You will work as part of the Liquids Measurement Analyst team, using electronic flow measurement systems to analyze and validate ticket data, support inventory reconciliation, oversee laboratory quality and compliance activities, monitor gain/loss performance, resolve customer issues, and support schedulers in managing shipper inventory positions and ticketing processes.
