One of NI's largest housing associations is seeking to appoint an experienced M&E Project Manager, £44k-£57k Your new company The services of Hays have been retained by our client, a large Housing Association based in Belfast, to recruit a Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager who will join the Planned Maintenance / Asset Management team on a permanent basis. Our client is one of the largest independent housing associations in Northern Ireland, working hard to provide suitable homes for tenants and actively increasing their stock across the province. Your new role You will assist the Planned Maintenance Manager to deliver the Planned Maintenance Programme of electrical and mechanical upgrades and replacements.
