Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, material samples, and method statements, ensuring all parties are informed of the latest revisions and updates.
- Attend project and technical meetings to address and resolve site-related issues with owners and consultants, ensuring smooth project progress.
- Verify that all site works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements, and ensure subcontractors promptly rectify any non‑conformances.
- Conduct weekly M&E coordination meetings with subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing of works and to brief site supervisors accordingly, preventing clashes and rework.
- Liaise proactively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues quickly, minimising delays in construction progress.
