Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor site progress and ensure installation quality in line with approved shop drawings, technical submissions, and the equipment/material procurement, fabrication, and delivery schedule to achieve on‑time completion.
- Review works and products for compliance with specifications and requirements, and provide recommendations for selection.
- Coordinate M&E drawings and ensure the quality production of CSDs (Combined Services Drawings) and individual service drawings.
- Conduct QA/QC inspections, manage RE and RTO engagements, and ensure timely clearance of QA/QC inspections to align with the construction schedule.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site inspection and T&C (Testing & Commissioning) records.
- Gather and verify cost data for variation orders (VO), review VO works, and provide recommendations for VO pricing.
