Job Description
Responsibilities:
Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, subcontractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications
Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule
Coordinate for submission and approval, all drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision
Identify discrepancies, assess, and recommend M&E Subcontractors' claims
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 3 years construction trade experience
