M&E Engineer (Building)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a M&E Engineer.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate structural, architectural, and M&E drawings to identify and resolve conflicts or discrepancies
• Issue relevant structural and architectural drawings to M&E sub‑contractors for preparation of shop drawings and provide timely amendments, sketches, or information as work progresses
• Liaise proactively with M&E sub‑contractors to address drawing discrepancies and communicate updates to consultants and Project Manager, following up until resolution
• Monitor and control M&E sub‑contractors' progress to prevent delays to other trades and ensure smooth workflow integration
• Collaborate with M&E sub‑contractors to produce structural penetration drawings and cast‑in items, and report provisions to the Project Engineer during technical meetings
