Job Description
- Prepare shop drawings
- Prepare as-built drawings
- Materials bill of quantities
- Ensure timely submission of shop drawings
- Ensure timely submission of as-built drawings
- Ensure timely submission of materials
- Co-ordinate with main contractors and other trade contractors, project teams
- on combined services, drawings, etc.
- Resolve any site issues and complaints
- Monitor work progress
- Plan and implement work activities and schedules
