Job Description
.Advise the Project Manager of all M&E matters, prepare M&E work schedule and update work progress
. To supervise and control M&E sub cons to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to specifications/drawing
. Review and analyse M&E design drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-cons to resolve any technical / site issues
. Preparation of combined services drawings and update records for as-built drawings and O&M manual.
. Prepare method statements, check drawing discrepancies and raise RFI where necessary to ensure completeness and compliances of all information
. Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
. Organise M&E coordination meetings and records for meetings
. To liaise with authorities, consultants and Subcon for technical submission and approval
. To adhere to construction procedures and safe work pr...
