Well established M&E local company looking for a matured Individual to apply for the role of M&E Coordinator. This is a stressful role meant for someone who is detailed oriented and organised.

Responsibilities:

• M&E Handling: Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, ensuring adherence to project timelines and technical standards.
• Client Communication: Liaise with clients regarding ad-hoc work requests, project updates, and scheduling arrangements.
• Daily Briefings: Conduct daily toolbox meetings with technicians to issue and explain the day's work schedule and safety reminders.
• Quotation Management: Prepare and issue quotations for proposed works and follow up on project execution and completion.
• Schedule of Rates Handling: Interpret and apply schedule of rates accurately in quotations and project costing.
