The MDU Community Development Manager drives fiber sales within multi-family communities throughout the Orlando market. This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business, building relationships with key property stakeholders, negotiating agreements, and partnering with engineering and construction teams to support fiber deployments.
Day-to-Day
• Prospect and close new MDU fiber opportunities across the Orlando market.
• Build relationships with property owners, managers, developers, and consultants.
• Manage accounts, negotiate agreements, and drive opportunities through completion.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams on fiber deployments.
• Participate in construction meetings and telecom design reviews.
• Track pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales performance.
