Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times.

Your tasks:

• Management and monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance of building installations (notably HVAC) for our mandate
• Responsibility for maintaining the required climatic conditions in the production area (temperature, humidity, pressure)
• Programming, commissioning of controllers in FBD, CFC, ST language
• Maintenance of BMS servers (kepware, SQL, Archestra)
• Processing tickets and daily work reports
