The Campus MCR Manager is accountable for leading day‑to‑day MCR operations at a specific data centre country or campus. This role oversees maintenance scheduling, on‑site troubleshooting, team performance, EOP execution, and coordination with the site DCO team to ensure safe, reliable, and timely recovery during faults.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site MCR engineers and technicians, providing guidance on repair work and maintenance execution.
• Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, PM activities, and urgent corrective tasks.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for site‑level electrical and mechanical issues.
• Ensure all MCR tasks follow approved MOPs/SOPs/EOPs and safety practices (LOTO, PTW, RA, etc.).
