Job Description
Drive aquatic operations at McGill University as the Assistant Manager for Aquatics and Evening Operations. This full-time role involves leadership, program development, and a commitment to safety.
In collaboration with the Manager of Wellness Programs, the Assistant Manager will oversee the planning and daily operations of aquatic and recreation programs. The successful candidate will manage scheduling, supervise AMUSE staff, and handle budget development and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise AMUSE aquatic and recreational staff members
• Coordinate scheduling and development of pool and risk management policies
