We are looking for a warm, skilled and motivated qualified nurse with an active NMBI registration to care for a young adult who benefits from personalised clinical support at home. This role is about enabling comfort, communication and participation in ways that matter to the individual. You’ll be working in a well-established service as part of a small, supportive team comprising of caregivers and other nurses.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing high‑quality nursing care tailored to the individual’s unique strengths and needs

• Supporting daily routines that promote wellbeing and comfort

• Assisting with communication, engagement, and sensory activities

• Administering medications and following clinical care plans

• Using specialist equipment confidently and safely

• Working closely with the client’s family
