Store Operations Manager – Maxima Albany (NZ)

Lead and manage the daily operations of the Maxima Albany store on a full‑time basis, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and keep the store looking beautiful.
• Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups.
• Audit stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and regular feedback.
• Engage and motivate staff to meet KPIs and uphold store values.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
