Job Description
Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed Term for 1 year
Location: Durham International Study Centre, Stockton-on-Tees
Salary: up to £39,605.59 per annum
To teach a broad range of Mathematics modules at both International Foundation Year and Pre-masters level, across the three different programmes of study at the centre. (Business, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Humanities, Law and Social Sciences, and Science and Engineering).
ABOUT THE ROLE
+ Attending lectures given by Durham University to support student progression.
+ Planning and preparing lessons in line with departmental expectations, using appropriate teaching methods and resources.
+ Assisting in the development of modules from existing module specifications.
+ Preparing module examinations and other forms of formative assessment, marking and providing feedback to students
+ To act as a module coordinator for a specific maths module
