Job Description
Overview
Queens Mesivta is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced High School Math Teacher to teach Algebra I, Algebra II, or Geometry. This role requires the ability to motivate and challenge students across both standard and honors-level courses while promoting critical thinking and analytical skills. The successful candidate will play an important role in guiding students toward academic achievement and preparing them for future success beyond high school.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. Course subjects include:
+ Regents Exam preparation
+ Regular & Honors Classes: Teaching engaging and rigorous curricula tailored to diverse learners.
+ Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures.
