Drive operational excellence as a Materials Supervisor at NFI Group. Manage materials activities, oversee kitting operations, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This supervisory role involves leading the Materials department's daily activities and ensuring timely material availability for production. You will maintain the department budget, promote safety, and lead supply base improvements. Your expertise in team management and operational efficiency will contribute significantly to the organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily Material department operations
• Manage kitting operations for efficient workflows
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration
• 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing supervision
• Knowledge of unionized environments
