Full-time Management & Operations

Responsibilities

• Translate project BOMs into material requirements, maintaining the parts master database.
• Develop inventory strategies and support purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective material availability.
• Provide materials planning support throughout AWC’s ERP implementation; work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering to drive timely procurement actions and identify long‑lead or high‑risk items early.
• Monitor open purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and proactively resolve potential delays or discrepancies.
• Lead development and ongoing stewardship of a centralized parts master database, ensuring consistent item records.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies aligned to AWC’s engineer‑to‑order business model.
