We are currently seeking a Materials Coordinator II to support site maintenance and project operations in Calgary. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless coordination of materials across the supply chain—from ordering and inventory to delivery and repair—while acting as a key liaison between operations and procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end materials activities supporting maintenance and project requirements
- Act as the primary interface between the business unit and procurement teams
- Partner with planning, inventory, vendors, buyers, and maintenance teams to ensure timely material fulfillment
