- Coordinates the purchase negotiation of materials from different areas
- Finds potential suppliers and requests quotes
- Analyzes and evaluates prices and delivery times
- Determines purchase quantities according to the production plan
- Responsible for maintaining inventory levels properly
- Meets the requirements of the quality management system
- Ensures that goals are met based on the assigned budget
