**Job Description**
The Material Planning Coordinator / Expeditor will have the following duties:
+ Contact vendors to ensure that materials, supplies, and equipment are shipped and delivered on promised dates
+ Enter updated information on deliveries in Purchase Order Expedite Notes, communicate delivery issues, coordinate with material planners, purchasing, engineering, program management, and others as required
+ Maintain records and coordinate return of items to vendors as required
+ Expedite items through the receiving and incoming inspection processes as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Must have: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of related experience
+ Experience expediting materials, procurement, procurement support, materials planning, or manufacturing environment-related work
+ Skills must include Excel, Microsoft Word, Email
