To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aMaterial Planning Analyst located in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Reporting to the Materials Manager, this role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers and maintain outsources parts schedules.
What a typical day looks like:
Opening of WOs according to revisions and ECOS implemented.
Generate Shortage Report.
Review shortage report with buyers and present a summary to the client.
Demand analysis and upload.
Analyze, request, and record approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses (PFAs – expediting fees).
Control of Do Not Buy list.
