Job Description
DEPARTMENT: Logistics / Material Management
Tasks
- Receipt, control and storage of materials, ensuring they arrive in good condition and match the accompanying documentation.
- Inventory management: stock updates in ERP/Upvise, report preparation, and incident detection.
- Preparation and delivery of materials according to project and assembly team needs.
- Follow‑up of orders and deliveries to guarantee continuous supply to the project without shortages.
- Incident management related to quality issues, materials or delays, reporting them in internal systems.
- Local purchasing and coordination with suppliers, including the organization of deliveries to site.
- Control of spare parts and non‑consumed materials, as well as final inventory reporting at project closure.
