This individual will be responsible for overseeing union employees and ensuring the smooth flow of materials across assembly and machining lines. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, prioritizes safety, and drives team accountability. This role requires strong floor presence, operational awareness, and the ability to keep production running efficiently through effective supervision and coordination.
Day-to-Day:
• Supervise 20–30 UAW employees on the plant floor
• Oversee loading and unloading of parts/materials
• Ensure assembly and machining lines remain fully supplied
• Drive and enforce safety standards across the team
• Hold employees accountable to performance and production goals
