The Material Fulfillment Planner is responsible for timely and accurate allocation of new material to manufacturing work orders, ensuring proper stocking of on-site warehouse, and work with Planning & Fulfillment global teams to manage delivery timelines.

+ Act as the single point of contact for part availability within the shop, responsible for daily management, issue escalation, and execution oversight.
+ Resolve conflicting project demands by applying sound judgment to reallocate parts based on urgency, customer impact, and contractual obligations.
+ Make strategic allocation decisions by collaborating with Planning & Fulfillment and Shop Materials team and balancing competing demands in constrained supply environments to optimize fulfillment outcomes.
