What will you do?
Lead the implementation and management of Kanban systems to optimize workflow and material movement.Facilitate Kaizen events to identify opportunities for improvement and eliminate waste.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to enhance production processes and ensure alignment with Lean principles.Train and mentor team members on Kanban methodology and Lean practices.Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvements and report on progress to management.How will you do it?
