Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts/Materials Coordinator to support material flow, procurement coordination, inventory control, and equipment logistics within a dynamic engineering and laboratory environment. This role is critical to ensuring parts, tools, and equipment are available, accurately tracked, compliant with quality requirements, and efficiently managed from receipt through use. The coordinator will partner closely with engineering, lab operations, quality, sourcing, and finance teams.
Responsibilities
+ Track incoming parts, components, and deliveries.
+ Allocate and receive materials into inventory systems.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
+ Perform cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
+ Identify shortages, discrepancies, and risks.
