Quality Assurance & Intake: Perform rigorous inspections of incoming materials to verify quantity, specification, and quality standards.
Fulfillment Oversight: Orchestrate the end-to-end picking and packing workflow to ensure operational accuracy.
Personnel Leadership: Direct and supervise warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and forklift operators, to maintain high productivity.
Inventory Integrity: Monitor real-time stock levels and conduct systematic cycle counts and periodic audits.
