Material Control Operations Supervisor

The Material Control Operations Supervisor oversees employees and contractors engaged in the production and support functions for a tissue biologic product in a highly regulated, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment. This role provides day-to-day leadership to ensure safe operations, adherence to production standard operating procedures (SOPs), and achievement of production schedules. The supervisor fosters a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement while developing team members and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The position is scheduled on a 3rd shift, working from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning. The supervisor must be open to some weekend work and possible holiday coverage, including participation in an on...
