Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join a large, well-established automotive operation in the Banbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, high-volume environment, supporting both technical delivery and the development of junior technicians.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in line with manufacturer and industry standards

  • Identify the root cause of faults across mechanical and electrical systems

  • Complete all work efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality standards are met

  • Assess vehicles for any additional safety or service requirements

  • Accurately document all work carried out and recommendations made

  • Support and mentor junior technicians to help drive team performance
