Role Overview
On behalf of our client, an automotive bodyshop repair specialist we are currently recruiting an experienced Master Technician to join their experience team in Swanmore. This is a senior position responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle faults, supporting fleet reliability, and maintaining high workshop standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out advanced diagnostics and fault finding across a range of fleet vehicles.
* Investigate and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues to minimise vehicle downtime.
* Perform servicing, repairs, and major component replacements in line with manufacturer and company standards.
* Support efficient workshop operations and maintain high technical standards.
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technicians within the workshop.
