Job Description
**Summary**
The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, governing and continuously optimizing the integrated production schedule for CPS Conco to balance demand, supply, inventory and manufacturing capacity. The role leads the Master Production Schedule (MPS), the monthly Plant cross-functional S&OP process and performance reporting, end-to-end supply chain execution, planning analytics and continuous improvement.
**Master Production Planning & Scheduling**
+ Develop, own and maintain the Master Production Schedule balancing demand, capacity, materials and inventory.
+ Optimize production scheduling to support finite capacity planning sequencing, schedule adherence and line utilisation.
+ Manage schedule changes arising from forecast, supply or operational constraints.
**Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Leadership**
+ Lead the monthly S&OP process and facilitate cross-functional planning reviews.
