Master Planner

Full-time Management & Operations

The Master Planner is responsible for end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and material coordination to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and on-time delivery. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Program Management, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align supply with demand in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to support manufacturing output and customer demand
• Plan and release work orders (WO) based on production and engineering requirements
• Partner with Sales and Program teams to align on order demand, priorities, and schedule changes
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely material availability
• Lead daily shipment and production meetings to ensure on-time delivery
