Job Description
You will support Master Data Analysts and Specialists in day-to-day transaction processing and will be responsible for submitting and completing operational and/or clerical tasks as assigned by the Master Data Analyst or Senior Team Lead. You will report directly to the Master Data Senior Team Lead, with a functional reporting line to the Master Data Senior Analyst.
What You'll Do
- You will prepare master data extractions needed by various business stakeholders.
- You will consolidate, request approval for, release, and archive monthly reports for Master Data.
- You will perform global IDoc extractions, assign tasks, and monitor their status.
- You will handle ServiceNow (SNOW) assignments and monitor progress.
- You will participate in the bi‑annual review of users with administrative access in the Certification system.
